Staff at Cambridge Online City (COLC) and Pathways Maureen Martindell is the Project Administrator at the Cambridge Online City office. She came to COLC with a broad range of administrative and financial experience in a variety of local organizations, reflecting her active interest in community projects. Her principal responsibilities involve supporting COLC's key committees, and she has succeeded not only in enhancing their efficiency but also in helping to clarify and improve COLC's administrative and financial accounting procedures. Sue Hooper is the administrative officer at the Pathways project. She came to COLC from the National Lottery Charities Board. As a wheelchair user, she has an interest in disability issues. Her principal responsibilities involve organizing and supporting the project workers, reception, maintaining records and office systems. Andrew Entecott is Project Manager at the Pathways project. He has a background in social work, special needs housing, management and computer tuition. He has lived in Cambridge since 1983 working for a number of different voluntary and statutory organisations. David Herbert is Project Worker at the Pathways project. He has a background in the software industry, working as a freelance web developer and also doing technical support work for voluntary organisations.
