The Riverside area, which forms part of Petersfield, is bounded by
Newmarket Road, Elizabeth Way and the River Cam.
The Riverside area comprises Stoubridge Common, the Cambridge
Museum of Technology and
several ancient monuments, including the Bishop's house in Priory Road.
The Cambridge Museum of Technology, on Riverside (Tel: 01223 68650)

is also
open, (non-steaming), between 2.00pm-5.00pm on the first Sunday of

The river, at this point, is heavily used by rowing clubs,
including the Cambridge University eight
