What is Skunk

Skunk is a modification of the SATIVA/INDICA strains of the cannabis plant grown by the Sensemilla technique, which involves weeding out male plants during cultivation resulting in increased THC - being the active ingredient of cannabis.

The strength of Cannabis grown in recent decades varies considerably in potency, due to sophisticated cultivation techniques.

American research indicates the following changes -

1960's - 1970's THC Potency 0.4% -1%

1970's - 1980's THC Potency 4% - 6%

1990's THC Potency 12% - 14%

Because Skunk comes from the cannabis plant the effects on your mind and body are much the same. Also the laws for skunk are the same as cannabis. It is illegal, possessing selling and growing cannabis is against the law and you can receive a heavy fine or a long prison sentence.
