Counselling Service

What types of counselling do we offer?

  • Saturday drop-in - you can drop in Saturday morning between 10am-1:15pm to see a counsellor without an appointment.
  • One Session - you can arrange an appointment for just one session if you want to - we call this a "one-off".
  • Ongoing counselling - you may want to come in for a series of sessions. You will need to come in for an initial assessment, and there may be a wait before a counseller is available.

We are sorry, but due to pressure on the service, we can only offer ongoing counselling to under 26s who are resident in Cambridgeshire and not a university student.
