He came to COLC from NORCI and Julian Housing Support Trust Ltd with a background in information technology and disability. He delivers advice, training and support. Jo Edkins is the website administrator for the Cambridge Online City website. She also works as a volunteer tutor for COLC, and has created several websites for different organisations. She answers feedback from the website, validates new links, supports the makers of webpages and maintains the website.
