COLC Volunteers

Volunteers are key to the success of Cambridge Online City, and agree that they get enormous satisfaction from working with COLC. Volunteer tutors quickly improve their skills not just with using the internet but also in communicating effectively with a broad range of people - talents that are very desirable for prospective employers! Helping to broaden the community's internet skills can potentially help us all, directly or indirectly.

Volunteers support COLC in four main ways:

  1. delivering one-to-one introductory tutorials;
  2. supporting website creation for local community groups and charities;
  3. supporting the Pathways project;
  4. performing ad hoc tasks as mutually agreed.
If you would be interested in discussing any of these possibilities, please get in touch.
