Practising and Developing Skills

Many people find it helpful to practice and expand their new skills. It is always sensible to book to use COLC computers on your own, or to practice at home if you have your own computer. Every COLC computer offers the use of free training materials, such as the BBC's "Computers Don't Bite" and "Webwise". COLC's website also links to many sources of information about the Internet, to IT training locally and online, and to information about computers from fellow-enthusiasts.
