My aim is to give support in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere, creating mutual trust and respect, and so allowing my clients to express their thoughts freely, make healthy choices and take full control of their lives. I have counselled in doctors' surgeries, in an organisation counselling the sexually abused, in a private practice, and in a comprehensive school where I helped to set up the counselling service. This has given me experience in a wide range of issues, and of counselling a range of age groups. I am experienced in working with students and other young people. I can give constructive help in planning and coping with exams. I can help with relationship difficulties and many other issues which concern young people today. I offer Reiki Natural Healing, Life Coaching and Thought Field Therapy, which can be used in conjunction with counselling or independently.
