A voluntary agency acting as an "umbrella group" for all the Black and Minority Ethnic groups in Cambridge and the surrounding villages, with the main objectives of the promotion of racial harmony and equal opportunity within the area the raising of concerns and issues of member groups and individuals in partnership with the Black and Minority Ethnic groups, local statutory agencies and other voluntary groups and national organisations such as the Commission for Racial Equality.
