TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The transitional Employment Programme (T.E.P) has been developed to establish a valuable link to independent employment in a supportive environment . T.E.P offers the opportunity of experiencing real jobs with local companies for the normal rate of pay, and up to date references for future employment T.E.P is an integral part of all Clubhouses T.E.P. development is ongoing, this involves visiting prospective employers promoting T.E.P, developing literature on T.E.P and so on.
