Continuing Professional Development

Cintra views interpreter training as a continuing process that does not end with achieving an interpreting qualification but continues during the interpreter’s career. Every Cintra interpreter is expected to have at least half a day of CPD each year.

Each year, therefore, we develop a CPD course curriculum. Selection of courses is based on a training needs analysis focusing on analysed customer feedback, the company’s needs and interpreters’ personal training needs identified via interpreter support meetings and other communications.
