Equal Opportunities Strategy

 

Cherry Kids� Club is committed to equal opportunities as stated in its equal opportunities policy.� The strategy the Club uses to realise this goal include:

1.1         a general equal opportunities statement is placed in the Club Handbook, which is available to parents;

1.2         although fees are on a fixed scale, families on low income may be able to receive help through the Working Families Tax Credit System, otherwise they can ask the committee to be considered for a subsidised place;

1.3         premises used by the Club by preference should provide a high level of accessibility to the community at large; and,

1.4         menus should include sufficient variability to provide for the cultural mix of the Club�s children.
